Question - Why is the part for my machine not listed on your site?
The reason could be that the part number has changed, if in doubt please contact us. We will endeavour to help you find the part you require.
We are continuously adding new parts/products to our site, please contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for. Just because it is not on the site does not mean we cannot order it in for you.
Question - Why do you only ship within the United Kingdom?
To send items overseas there is a weight limit of 2KG. If you live outside of the UK and would like to order a part, please contact us with a description of the part, the part number, the machine it is for and the quantity required. Please give as much detail as you can for us to help you, this also includes your full shipping address. We can then quote a shipping cost to your area using either Royal mail or an overseas courier.

Question - How long will my order take to arrive?
We carry a large number of products in our store, but some items are special order only and can take up to 10 days to arrive to us. If you place an order which has a longer than normal lead time we will endeavour to contact you to advise you.
